Além da exibição dos curtas premiados no 22º Festival NOIA, realizamos a oficina com público espontâneo da Rede Cuca e Quitanda das Artes. Foi abordado questões relativas à viabilidade de projetos com base na apresentação e experiência do Festival NOIA.
